面团材料
高筋面粉500克全麦面粉100克鸡蛋一个牛奶300克糖30克酵母6克软化黄油35克盐8克。
内馅黄油100克切成小条
表面装饰白芝麻烘培盐
做法
1. 把除了黄油和盐以外的材料放入厨师机揉成一个能拉出厚膜的光滑面团。加入黄油和盐继续揉至黄油完全被吸收并且能拉出延展性的薄膜。
2. 把面团发酵至两倍大分割成75克一份揉成小圆球盖上潮湿布松弛15分钟。
3. 取除第一个松弛好的面团搓成水滴状用擀面杖擀开放入黄油小条从上往下卷起来卷成牛角状。
4. 卷好后在底部刷一层牛奶沾上白芝麻。
5. 盖上潮湿布进行第二次发酵。
6. 发酵了40分钟 表面刷牛奶撒些白芝麻和少许烘培盐。
7.烤箱提前十分钟预热350华氏度175摄氏度烘烤25分钟。
8. 晾架上放凉即可享用。

Dough ingredients:
500 grams of highgluten flour, 100 grams of whole wheat flour, 1 egg, 300 grams of milk, 30 grams of sugar, 6 grams of yeast, 35 grams of softened butter, and 8 grams of salt.
Filling: 100g butter (cut into strips)
Topping: white sesame seeds, baking salt
How to make:
1. Put the ingredients except butter and salt into the dough mixer, and knead it into a smooth dough that can pull out a thick film. Add butter and salt, and continue kneading until the butter is completely absorbed and a stretchy film can be pulled out.
2. Leave the dough to ferment until it doubles in size, divide into 75g portions, knead into small balls, cover with a damp cloth, and rest for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the first loose dough, knead it into a water drop shape, roll it out with a rolling pin, put in butter strips, roll up from top to bottom, and roll it into a croissant shape.
4. After rolling, brush a layer of milk on the bottom and dip with white sesame seeds.
5. Cover with a damp cloth for the second fermentation.
6. After fermenting for 40 minutes, brush the surface with milk, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and a little baking salt.
7. Preheat the oven ten minutes in advance, 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius), bake for 25 minutes.
8. Let cool on a rack and enjoy.
