Thought about this combo for a while. It was time to put it on. Enjoy this salt beef sandwich on Focaccia Buns. these buns are extremely soft, probably even better than burger buns IMO. Both buns and salt beef are extremely easy to make so just get your favorite garnish and let's bake together.

For the Focaccia Buns:
420g water
2.5g yeast
5g honey
20g olive oil
10g salt
500g flour

For the Salt Beef:
Roughly 1500g Corned Beef Brisket (I used the packaged one already in brine)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder

Salsa Verde:
50 g Parsley
50 g Olive Oil
1 Slice old Bread
1 TBSP Vinegar
3 Anchovy filets
1 Garlic Clove
1 TBSP Capers
