"How are you doing?"
We sometimes have a different answer for this question depending on if you're asked in the real world or on SNS. I feel like SNS makes me care about how I look too much and it takes my true feeling away. Of course, nowadays SNS is such an important tool to communicate with people. But this is just a reminder to me and you, which is that we can be just ourselves and the true happiness is actually much smaller than we think.

"お元気ですか"
この質問に対して、現実社会で聞かれているのか、SNSで聞かれているのかによって答えが異なる場合があります。 私には、SNSを見ると自分がどのように人の目に映っているのかが気になってしまい、本当の気持ちすら見失ってしまうことがあるようにすら感じます。もちろん、今、SNSは人々とコミュニケーションをとるために非常に重要なものです。しかし、これは私自身と皆さんへのリマインダーです。何も着飾らず自分らしくいたっていい、そして、本当に小さいちょっとしたことが本当の幸せだと。
