Rye Nut Cookies
8 cookies
Unsalted butter 70g
White sugar 20g
Black sugar 25g
Honey 10g
Milk 20ml
Rye flour 90g
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Nuts 50g
Rolled oats 50g

Please prepare ✔
* All ingredients are prepared at room temperature.
* Nuts are cut into small size.
* Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.


1. Put the softened butter, sugar and honey in a clean ball and mix.
2. Add milk and all the dry ingredients.
3. Add nuts and rolled oats.
4. Divide it into 8 and round it.
5. Place it on the baking tray and press the top. Bake it for about 1518 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees.
6. Allow it to cool on the baking tray.
