RV Repair Our Tailpipe Fell Right Off Glad We Weren't on the Road. We getting ready to leave Thousand Trails Orlando and were in the big parking lot, hooking up the towed vehicle. A fellow pulled up in his truck and said, "Looks like you are dragging your tailpipe!" So I crawl under the rear end and, sure enough, the tailpipe was hanging by a small strip of metal. I thanked the guy and then pulled it off. As soon as we got to our next campground, I took the muffler off. I found a shop that could weld them together and got it taken care off. Still so lucky were weren't out on the highway, traveling at 65 or 70. Could have been real bad. Repair only set us back $50. Thanks to Bruce's Auto Service in Headland AL.
