Three years ago, I ran my first Trail Race: The Adidas Infinite Trails in Austria.
In this video, I'm sharing what I learned while running my first trail race.
It's a relay competition in teams of three where each runner has to complete a different trail loop. My trail was a 25km Trail with 2000 vertical meters.
I was not prepared.

The Adidas Infinite Trails taught me a few valuable lessons that I still use during my races today. But more importantly, this experience has changed my life profoundly in the best way possible. I spend much more time outdoors doing what I love. And If you are an outdoorsy person, I highly recommend you sign up for a short trail race as well! I can guarantee that you won't regret it!
