There are very few cars of which has been quietly and efficently carrying it's duties out since the Birth in 1995, from family cars to company cars to the humble Taxi. The HHR 400/45 has done it, needing very little polish just hard graft using solid mechanics and engineering from a very wellthought partnership... fast forward to 2024 and the 45 is vast dissapearing due to poor values and brand perception. So this is a much needed review on the supposetly worst part of the cars history the shortlived MK2 Facelift!
