I have almost completed wiring up the power supply section of the DIY Audio .com kit of Nelson Pass F5 Turbo V2 Class A power amplifier. I am building this unit as a dual mono design so there are two of everything, including power transformers. The power distribution, power transformers, grounding system and highspeed rectifiers are all mounted on the baseplate. I have also wired up the capacitor banks and started on the amplifier boards themselves. I talk about the unique grounding system Mr. Pass employs. I also cover the pros and cons of teflon insulated wires. This is part two of the Amplifier build series.
