Rise Of The Reds 1.87 for Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour is the PUBLIC beta available for everyone. All you have to do is to register at SWR Forums, find Rise Of The Reds 1.87 subforums and download it. It needs both previously installed Rise Of The Reds 1.85 and 1.86. Mod works of course only when your C&C Generals Zero Hour is patched up to 1.04 version of the game. And no, please don't ask me how to install it or where to find the 1.87, I simply don't care and I don't want to be your caretaker. Bleed Gold is a typical striketeam covert operations missions where we don't have the possibility to either train or build. Our objective is to infiltrate the Communication Center in the middle of the GLAs base, not so hard task but can be tricky. At our control there are 5 Commando units just when the missions begins 2 Sappers, 2 Troopers and 1 Medic. All of them are armed with silenced Rifles and are permanently stealthed, even when shooting but have quite low health. Troopers have the ability to use Carl Gustav Recoiless Launchers but firing them reveal their positions, making them an easy prey for the GLA. Sappers can place the Demolition Charges on every possible place on the map while Medic has a healing aura around himself to help the allies. Move your Commando units carefully, trying to detect and locate all GLA Radar Vans as distant as possible to avoid being detected. Once you are close to the main GLA base, there are Dushka and Stinger nests that demand to be deactivated because they will shatter you. Thus you get the Heavy Marksman armed with AntiMateriel rifle that deals a lot of damage to all ground units and can disable manned defences. The Heavy Marksman's projectile however is somehow bugged sometimes he tries to find randomly a position to fire, while later he fires twice faster. Once you get the location of the GLA Mercenary Leader, head to the Arms Dealer and disable it with Sappers and you can focus on the main target.

As for the campaign missions
You must place each map in a specified folder in your Documents /Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data/Maps/ directory. Then in the game, take skirmish and choose UNOFFICIAL MAPS.
