I was invited to ride at Triumph's Adventure Riding Experience in South Wales!

I tell you what, riding offroad challenge me as much mentally as it does physically.

I often battle with a voice in my head that constantly tells me I'm rubbish and why do I bother. Life is an internal struggle when you are a perfectionist that is never perfect!

So as you can see, I dropped the bikes... LOTS. But you know what, luckily I was surrounded by amazing people who just kept reminding me that it's about having fun and taking part and if you drop it... SO WHAT! Who cares! Triumph Adventure Riding Experience staff certainly don't as they know it is inevitable. They do care that you aren't harmed though which is nice!!

I really did push myself and I'm proud of what I achieved that day.

It is a school that I would highly recommend for growing your skills in ways you didn't think possible!
