I was lucky enough to ride in the cab of the V2 diesel engine at the Don River Railway. I am training as a Guard and Mark, the driver, invited me to have a ride in the cab. This engine was build in 1947 and was built when they were still building steam engines. She’s an 8 cylinder with 200HP. #railway #heritagerailway #donriverrailway
