In my progression to become a Toastmaster International speaker I am reviewing my 2nd speech to find ways to improve my public speaking.

In this video, I watched my speech 3 ways: with audio + video, only video, & only audio. So I could study the different verbal and nonverbal forms of communication I used.

This is a great process and way to become a more confident speaker.
