With over 450 group classes each month, you will be able to find a support system and accountability for any fitness level. That is why we have one of the strongest family fitness programs within the nation. We offer KidsFit, child care, Parent’s Night Out, karate, and parent/child cardio classes.

Not only that, we provide a support system within the gym to help you achieve these goals, not only through exercise but throughout all facets of your family’s life. Through our onsite weight loss center, Center for Modern Aging, we have medical professionals on staff to assist you with reaching your goals quickly as possible. We want to see you to reach your peak performance.

We also have a personal wellness facility that will support you in speedy muscle recovery. Our state of the art Cryotherapy will assist you with entire body pain management. We are the only facility in the CSRA that offers this to the public. You can only find this type of therapy with major sports programs around the nation. We are within the likes of the Georgia Bulldogs athletic program, Atlanta Hawks, and the Atlanta Braves organization.
