In this week's Friday episode, Patrick and Stuart begin the restoration and renovation of the chateau dining room. They do historical research on other 17th and 18th century French chateaux of the region, and hidden parts of their chateau give them clues on how their dining room would have looked centuries ago. Patrick and Stuart then start the work to return the Château de Colombe to the look of its glory days of the past.
