Resep Bakmie Goreng. Olahan dari mie banyak sekali variasinya, salah satunya bakmie goreng. Kali ini aku membuat Bakmie Goreng ala Chinese Resto yang pastinya menggugah selera.

Resep Bakmie Goreng Ala Chinese Resto (untuk 23 porsi)

Bahan:
150 gr mie basah (berat sebelum direbus, setelah direbus menjadi 300 gr)
100 gr tauge
1 ikat kucai / daun bawang kecil / daun bawang
½ buah bengkuang, iris
4 buah bakso sapi, iris
100 gr ayam fillet, iris
12 ekor udang kupas
2 butir telur

Bumbu:
5 siung bawang putih, parut
3 siung bawang merah, iris
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt kecap inggris (opsional)
1 sdm arak masak (opsional)
½ sdm minyak wijen (opsional)
¼ sdt merica
½ sdm gula
1 sdt penyedap / kaldu bubuk

Langkah:
1. Rebus mie hingga matang kemudian bilas dengan air mengalir dan tambahkan sedikit minyak lalu aduk rata dan sisihkan
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis ayam hingga setengah matang kemudian masukkan udang dan arak masak lalu masak sebentar dan sisihkan
3. Gunakan wajan yang sama, panaskan minyak lalu masukkan telur kemudian aduk, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang merah kemudian tumis hingga wangi
4. Masukkan ayam, udang, bakso, dan bengkuang lalu tambahkan kecap asin, kecap manis, kecap ikan, saus tiram, dan kecap inggris kemudian aduk rata
5. Masukkan mie lalu bumbui dengan merica, gula, dan penyedap / kaldu bubuk lalu masak dengan api besar hingga tercampur rata
6. Masukkan tauge, kucai, dan minyak wijen, aduk rata lalu matikan api
7. Bakmie goreng spesial siap disajikan

The Secret is the Seasoning! Fried Noodles a la Chinese Restaurants Recipe

There are so many varieties of noodles, one of which is Fried Noodles. This time, I’m making Fried Noodles a la Chinese Restaurants that’ll definitely tickle your palate.

Fried Noodles a la Chinese Restaurants Recipe (yield: 23 servings)

Ingredients:
150 g fresh noodles (preboiled weight, 300 g after boiled)
100 g beansprout
1 bunch chives / small green onions / green onions
½ pc jicama, sliced
4 pc beef meatballs, sliced
100 g chicken fillet, sliced
12 pc peeled shrimp
2 pc egg

Seasoning:
5 clove garlic, grated
3 pc shallot, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 tbsp cooking wine (optional)
½ tbsp sesame oil (optional)
¼ tsp pepper
½ tbsp sugar
1 tsp flavor enhancer / stock powder

Steps:
1. Boil the noodles and rinse with running water. Add a bit of oil. Mix evenly and set aside.
2. Heat some oil and sauté the chicken until halfcooked, then add the shrimp and the cooking wine in. Cook for a moment and set aside.
3. In the same pan, heat some oil. Add the eggs in and stir. Add the garlic and shallots in and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken, shrimp, meatballs, and jicama in. Then, add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
5. Add the noodles in. Season with pepper, sugar, and flavor enhancer / stock powder. Cook at high heat until everything is evenly mixed.
6. Add the beansprouts, chives, and sesame oil. Mix well and turn the heat off.
7. Special Fried Noodles is ready to serve.
