How to replace the blower motor, resistor and resistor pigtail on a 2nd Generation Dodge Dakota or Durango. This should apply to many early 2000 versions of these trucks or SUVs. My blower motor finally stopped working after a horrible burning smell filled the cab of my Dodge Dakota. Sick of replacing the resistor, I decided to change out the blower motor itself which may be drawing too many amps.
