Sometimes projects just keep getting bigger and bigger! We were not sure the extent of the damage until we decided to remove the furniture and boy are we glad we did. This camper has been sitting for 12yrs under cover and can you believe the wood was still WET!

Originally we thought we would just replace the rotted area, well it was easier to just replace it all! The trick we found was to lift the slide out as high as you can to slide the floor in at an angle and just a lot of brute force!

Super happy to have the floor solid, we also did a water test with the hose and after 20min of running the hose we cannot find where it would have leaked. :/
