(0:20) A common problem for people over the age of 40 that have sciatica or back pain when walking is that they try to walk too upright! That's because when we were growing up, we were always told to "Stand Up Tall" and "Don't Slouch".

(0:50) Standing too upright compresses your discs and joints in your back when walking. Leaning forward when walking can be very helpful to relieve that soreness in your back when walking. This will help you not walk too upright which could be causing some of your sciatica or back pain when walking.

(1:10) 3 Easy Ways To Help Relieve Sciatica Or Back Pain When Walking

Lean forward this helps open up the spaces in your back so they don't compress together.
