Scallops:
Saute scallops in 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil for 23 minutes on each side.
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic, lemon zest, and juice of 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning to taste.

Garlic Rice:
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add 23 Tablesoons of garlic, cooked rice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Fry in pan for about 5 minutes.

Garden Salad
Half spinach and Half Romaine washed and chopped.
Chop red onion, yellow pepper, carrots, and tomato and add to salad
Toss salad with homemade dressing

Dressing:
1/2 balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and garlic powder. Give a cook shake and you can store in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.
