Let's make Nakamura Tokiyoshi's Namacha jelly together today.
I think I was able to get close with the actual recipe which is jiggly, but if you have any advice, feel free to leave a comment!

You may use any type of Matcha, but this time I used a high quality one with a vibrant green finish.

Matcha ice cream recipe:

Indgredients:
500g Namacha
5g matcha
60g sugar
12g agar

Key Points:
1) Mix the powders first and then add Namacha
2) Do not bring liquid to boil
3) Mix while cooling so that the matcha does not sink. If it is cooled too much, it will not solidify properly.
