Welcome to my latest fridge tour! I had been sharing parts of my fridge and reorganizational content on Instagram stories for the past couple years and a few people asked me to do a full video about the fridge organization and if it's actually helpful.

The ADHD organization was something I saw on TikTok a couple years ago, where you move the stuff that needs to be more urgently eaten to the front or the door, and so you see it and eat it more imminently.

The fridge door is the least climate controlled part of the fridge, so in theory the vegetables don't last as long there, but I eat them way faster when they're in the door compared to when they were hidden in drawers, so it's a netpositive for me. By no means is this a fast and hard rule for how anyone should organize their fridge, it's just what's been working for our family!

Also it looks very full but mostly because stuff is pulled to the front of the fridge (although to be fair this is as full as it gets for us).
