Nika is a low content wolfdog who wants nothing more than to run into you at top speed and give you all her love. Here's some of our time together.

Nika was an animal who was entirely out of place at the sanctuary. She was sweet with everyone she met, and in all honesty deserved a home. Unfortunately, she instead ended up at the sanctuary, where the attention she got was split with 50 other wolfdogs. Nika is a large part of why we reevaluated our views on private ownership to become very proresponsible ownership. A prepared home would have been a much better setting for her, but I did my best to spend quality time with her every day to try to make up for what she missed.

Most of the time Nika had a penmate named Luci but when I shot this video he was actually in the house recovering from a leg injury. Nika's life wasn't lacking, but had she not ended up in a sanctuary it would've undoubtedly been much more full.
