This episode is rather excited and nostalgic for me as this is exactly where the property review series started. We have observed and documented the transformation of this address, from the first block till the completion of mall and corporate offices. I really enjoyed the walking experience from the MRT station to the mall and to the resident's lobby. The design is just well done.
In order to differentiate from the previous blocks and to justify the high selling price, the common area material finishes are just amazing. The way findings are well design, completed with a private block D only gym room. That is my favourite gym so far.
However, I don't like the floor plate layout as the lift lobby and parts of the corridors are really dark. Then in the unit, it feels weird with that one extra room design. I still prefer it to be a super sized studio unit.
Also, as this is located next to the busiest junction of Kota Damansara, the noise can be pretty loud.
