Prevent dog from jumping the fence - cheap solution
The basic idea is to put a string or wire just above the top rail wrapped around 1 inch screws in each post. The dog won't get a steady footing on the top rail and will not feel comfortable jumping it. Has worked great for our dog that is a cattle dog mix for over 6 years. He is a little larger than a regular sized cattle dog.
