In this video, I recap our first trimester with our baby due in August 2023. Pregnancy after loss can be challenging to navigate at times, and because I've experienced recurrent miscarriage, I share some of our backstory, what I did differently before this pregnancy, and how I felt during the first 13 weeks including symptoms, cravings, and food aversions. The video is a bit long because I also talk about two gut health tests I took last year (The Leap MRT and Gut Zoomer test) that were important for me to feel more confident and less anxious during our pregnancy. Those tests were seriously life changing and an important part of my journey.
