The #49ers 2019 season is starting off looking much better than it has in years. Maturity has brought the 2017 rookies closer to realizing their potential. The team has added some talented vet pieces. The offense, and the defense could end up being boosted to a much higher level with the 2019 draft just days away. New Jersey #NinerFaithful Mel took out some time from his schedule to discuss the current state of the #Niners. We’ll be examining the following criteria in this vid:

— The 49ers latest regime is in its third year of a three year plan towards sustainability. They’ve avoided too many temps, mercenaries, and huge contracts in order to execute their plan. Every player picked up by the team since their arrival has been part of a process that is in progress. Has it been impressive?

— Between the collective talent, the coaching, the front office where is the biggest strength progressing from as the team moves into 2019?

— Evaluations of the personnel that is being collected on the 49ers defense, and how high of potential can be predicted team while also predicting who will be added in the draft, and the impact they could have.
