蝦仁 Prawns—12片
清酒 Sake—1小匙
砂糖 Sugar—1/2小匙
鹽巴 Salt—1撮
薑泥 Ginger paste—1/2小匙
太白粉 Starch—2大匙

美乃滋 Mayonnaise—2大匙
番茄醬 Ketchup—1小匙
砂糖 Sugar—1小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1/3小匙
牛奶 Milk—1小匙

清酒 Sake—1大匙
味醂 Mirin—1大匙
砂糖 Sugar—1小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1大匙

白飯 Steamed rice—1碗
蔥 Scallion

Preparation
(1) 12 prawns, remove shells and devein
(2) Rinse the prawns and then wipe excess water
(3) Put the prawns into a bowl
(4) 1/2 tsp of ginger paste
(5) 1 tsp of sake
(6) 1/2 tsp of sugar
(7) 1 pinch of salt
(8) Mix (4)~(7) with prawns well and marinate them for 5 minutes
Mayo sauce
(9) 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
(10) 1 tsp of ketchup
(11) 1 tsp of sugar
(12) 1/3 tsp of soy sauce
(13) 1 tsp of milk and mix (9)~(13) well
(14) Add 2 tbsp of starch into the bowl of prawns and mix it well

Instruction
(1) Add 0.4 cm depth of oil in the frying pan
(2) Put to medium heat
(3) Add prawns
(4) Fry until both sides turn light golden brown
(5) Take out the prawns and rest them on a drain rack
(6) Let excess oil drip
Teriyaki sauce
(7) 1 tbsp of sake
(8) 1 tbsp of mirin
(9) 1 tsp of sugar
(10) 1 tbsp of soy sauce
(11) Pour (7)(10) mixture into a frying pan
(12) Cook the sauce until it is reduced
(13) Add cooked prawns into the mayo sauce, mix them well

Plating
(1) Prepare a bowl of steamed rice
(2) Drizzle some teriyaki sauce on top of the rice
(3) Top the rice with prawns
(4) Garnish with some scallion rings
