Katsu sauce:
¼ cup catsup (tomato or banana)
¼ cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
12 teaspoons Japanese soy sauce
Sesame dressing (for salad):
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Japanese soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water, plus additional as needed
Salt and pepper, to taste
