The pond is overflowing after heavy rains. The 60 foot wide spillway is designed to allow excess water to flow around the dam without harm, and it does it's job nicely.

The pond collects water from 250 acres, which amounts to a LOT of water when it rains heavily. The spillway is 60 feet wide, and it has about 3 inches of water on it in this video. I have seen it as high as 6 inches in the past.
