215g / 7½oz Water between 35°C to 40°C that’s 95°F to 104°F
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Instant or active dried yeast or 15g fresh yeast
1½tsp Kosher salt or 1tsp Table salt
1tbls / 15g extra virgin Olive oil
