In this video I do a pineapple bourbon double smoked spiral ham and wow this was packed with flavor! To be honest doing a double smoked ham is one of the easiest cooks you can do but that extra smoke and a homemade bourbon glaze makes it worth a million bucks!! Pineapple Bourbon Glaze:
2/3 cup Bourbonuse your favorite
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Dark Molasses
12oz Pineapple Preserve
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of your favorite bbq rub
