Travelled via ship on a 2GO vessel from Manila to Cebu to explore food spots around Cebu. Went straight to LapuLapu City to check out some Filipino street food in Opon Mercado (LapuLapu Public Market). There were grilled meats, ice cream, grilled bananas, kikiam, pungko pungko on the side of the streets and refreshing drinks around the public market.

Also had the chance to attend Kadaugan Food Festival at the Mactan Shrine. Hotels around Mactan showcased their food offerings to the locals at an affordable price. Tried Mamen (fusion of Mami and Ramen) and some Balbacua.
