We need our HRT to manage food drives! We need HRT to manage mood that makes following a diet possible. I'm not perfect in my AIP. I let AIP guide me. I'm in charge. I don't want to kick off any restrictive behaviors. I am not selfcritical. I never weigh things. I might weigh myself like 6 times a year. I don't worry about every little thing. My life has meaning. Food is not my reason for living. You'll see I keep it all "ridiculously simple". This way I get the benefits with the least effort. This way I have time for the wonderful people in my life.
