Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients for 2 big servings
4 eggs
300ml water
30ml dashi stock
Spring onions (quantity is up to you)
Mushrooms (quantity is up to you)
Fish cake (quantity is up to you)

The best part about making chawanmushi at home is that you can add as many toppings as you like. I'm thinking to add edamame and gingko beans next time!
