Ingredients

1/2 Red onion
3 sm Sweet peppers
4 cups Cabbage
1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts
1tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1tbsp Sesame oil
1tbsp Sriracha
1tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2tbsp Monkfriut golden sweetener
[ or brown sugar but try 1tbsp first ]
