Amazing trash and treasure finds. Percy, Disney Cars, Toothless Dragon & Octonauts saved from scrap. But the main focus on this treasure hunt is Microwave Ovens. As always there are some amazing toys, trashed home appliances and amazingly 2 Dyson Vacuum cleaners. One is a DC07 2001 era the other DC08 2002 era.
Maybe the biggest lesson in this educational video is the study of my mums 1990 made in Japan microwave oven. Is there a HUGE difference between Made In Japan, Made in Thailand or Made In China? How long do we expect everyday items to last Vs the cost of purchase. The rubbish piles expose whats not lasting that long. Over and over I see the same brand names on items that have been thrown out in very short time. Is it a case of buy cheap, buy twice.
