I think you’re watching this video because Peloton metrics are not working on your bike and you want to fix this! You see zeros where there should be resistance, cadence and output indicators. I’ll try to help you with this issue.
Ok, so the official Peloton recommendation is to check two cables behind the monitor! Just try plug them harder, it might help.
You also can check this part of your bike. If you see the red light, it means that something is indeed wrong with those cables behind the monitor.
If there is no light, then you can try to reset the monitor. Just hold the On button for like 10 seconds. And then try whether metrics showing up or not.
If it still doesn’t work, then it could be the problem on the Peloton side. So you should contact Peloton support. They will tell you either that they have troubles on their side or they’ll send a technician to your house in order to fix the problem.
