The truth is there isn't one bike that wins this comparison hands down. The NordicTrack s22i is great for outdoor instructor led classes that simulate a real riding experience. The ifit app is immersive and makes it feel like you are riding your road bike or mountain bike out in a popular or beautiful are, and the pro cyclist you are following does an excellent job coaching you through your ride. The NordicTrack bike could be an excellent training tool for those who prefer to ride outdoors or simply use an indoor bike as a training tool when they can't ride outdoors. The riding position on the NordicTrack s22i tends to work the muscle groups in a similar way to an outdoor road bike due to the riding position.

The Peloton bike excels when it comes to indoor studio rides and music integrated workouts. The peloton bike plus and standard peloton bike each offer the same classes and music selection. While the NordicTrack bikes don't give you the latest and greatest hits you may hear on the radio, peloton does a good job putting together highly popular music playlists and building workouts around the music.
