This channel is a leisurely spelling of mountains, the outdoors, trekking, daily work and maintenance, and repairs. The content is almost the same as the blog for memorandum / recording.
A little while ago, I had an injury to the medial meniscus of my right knee, and I hurt the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae.
Since my left thigh is always numb even when walking normally, it is unlikely that I will be able to traverse Yatsugatake, the Alps, etc., and stay for consecutive nights as before.
I still like mountains, so I'll try walking slowly in the low mountains.
My favorite is snowy mountains.
The joints all over my body are screaming, so I will walk while consulting with my physical condition.
