Algunas cremas dentales o pastas dentales convencionales tienen químicos que pueden ser agresivos con el cuerpo humano, y si consideramos que normalmente ingerimos una cantidad importante de la pasta que usamos, tenemos que utilizar una pasta que se pueda ingerir y que sea saludable.

Espero te sirva esta receta de pasta de dientes hecha en casa. Compártela para que la gente deje de consumir pastas que pueden dañan su cuerpo si no las usan correctamente.

Es muy importante que sepan que esta es sólo una opción más para quienes tienen alergias a los componentes de las pastas convencionales. De igual manera es muy importante que si tienes alergia a alguno de los componentes no la utilices. Si la usas de una manera distinta o con ingredientes distintos podrías dañar irreversiblemente tus dientes. No alteren de ninguna manera la receta original. Si presentan cualquier molestia, dejen de utilizar la pasta casera e inmediatamente consulten a su dentista.
