PASCUALINA OF CHARD
For the mass:
500 gr of flour 4 zeros or allpurpose flour
200 ml of cold water
100 ml of oil
1 egg
salt a pinch
For the filling:
500 gr of chard
300 grams of ricotta
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 egg
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
1 handful of grated cheese
4 hardboiled eggs
