My measuring cup is 250 ml
The size of the baking tray is 35 cm in diameter
Ingredients for Vegan Gluten Free Pie Dough
1 Potato (300g)
1 Carrot (100g)
2 Tablespoons of Flax Seeds
1/2 Cup of Water (125ml)
1 Tablespoon of Cilantro chopped
1 Cup of Rice Flour (170g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for Vegan Gluten Free Light Pie Filling
2 Zucchini/Zuccinis (300g)
1 Pumpkin (500g)
1 small onion
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Green pepper
4 Tablespoons sunflower seed butter (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
To decorate toasted sunflower seeds and fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
Cook for approximately 25 minutes
Store in refrigerator for approximately 3 days
