I built this 600 square feet ft.² tiny home for $18,000 preCovid in this video I’m going to take you stepbystep procedures on how you can build your tiny home and how I built the foundation for this home/cottage to be extremely structurally safe and will last 100 years or more. I’m also going to tell you how I lead the plumbing, electrical waterline and gas line along with cable in this tiny home. By building this home in the manner in which I did, it is extremely energy efficient with little cost during the summer months in winter months the exterior of this tiny home is made out of pole barn metal with a 40 year paint warranty.
