I'm Casey Cloward I'm the owner of Raykon Construction and we are a highend custom home builder in the Utah valley area and beyond.

We were founded in 2008 we're celebrating 13 years in business and we are in our 10th year of being involved with a parade of homes.

So RayKon construction is a higher end custom home builder and we generate a team atmosphere we work handinhand with some of the best in the business we also pride ourselves on the resources that we have in the valley we're importing items and having the contacts and bringing people in and the right trade base to be able to do that we are trying to ensure that there's no voids in any aspirations or any vision or dreams that you're trying to make happen in your home a custom home being built and designed from the very beginning is very different from maybe a production style home build it's a system to where honestly a client will come to us and they'll have some pictures or their Pinterest accounts and stuff like that we collaborate all of these ideas and these concept images and find the team to really put it together and organize those thoughts we kind of consolidate it to what is the most important and make it come out to be something that's special and awesome our process is to be involved with the client beyond the construction phase what we do want to do is even extend that experience with Raykon and i think that has been a real value add to our customer experience and that has been a big testament to who we are and what we do.

The Maritz has been a project that we've been very excited about from the very beginning of the introduction to the project just everything was a great fit we were able to work with Hebdon design studios and interior concepts and this teamlike effort is something that we really kind of cling to and be able to work side by side along with the homeowner of course to come up with this vision that's that's come together and turned out beautiful and we're very excited to showcase it and have everything carry out with what we have together.

Right when you come up to it it has red brick with the dark accents and stuff that is able to kind of catch your eye with a modern European touch into the design we feel like it's very welcoming as you come in from the door we have a nice parlor that has been designed specifically with the lifestyle of the homeowner we have our fair share of fireplaces throughout the home and they're beautiful and they kind of set the stage of each defined area so when we come into the parlor we have beautiful bookcases with a dark color and great accents when you come through the main entry you have a nice radius archway that leads into this beautiful great room area with the tall ceilings and the beam works and the fireplaces that come into play one of my favorite areas of the home is the breakfast nook i love standing in the great room area and looking over into the breakfast nook area you have the gorgeous brick archway with the wall accent and again another beautiful fireplace unit and system that has been integrated to host and give a welcome to a specific defined area the kitchen kind of bleeds into the dining room and the great room and it's not oversized it's just a nice comfortable amount with good storage.

I love the specific design as you come in from the garage entry this is a very owner specific to where how we have the cabinetry designed and custom placed to catch the shoes to catch the keys and then you go into the pantry to having you know access to other storage areas and it's just a nice overall concept of the home.

The team concept of building a custom home is something that i am very passionate about to have a team environment and to have our trades come in and do their part and to understand their role we feel like we work with the best and we seek out the best and we try to make sure that that's the right fit.

This home turned out absolutely beautiful better than we had anticipated from the beginning and we're so proud of it.
