Panfried Buns (panfried beef buns)
Makes 32 small pieces (in the video use 1/2 dough)
Dough:
500g bread flour
7g (2¼ tsp) instant dry yeast
250ml water
5g (1 tsp) salt

Mix and knead for 15 minutes until pliable. Or use
a stand mixer at low speed for 10 minutes. Cover for an hour.

Filling:
250g ground beef or other meats/poultry
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 thumb of ginger, minced.
1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped.
4 tbsp water
Mix well

Oil to panfry the buns.
Use a pan with a lid.
Cook the buns over low heat until both sides are golden brown, and the filling is cooked through.
