I’ve been wanting to make this video for 3 years now, and I’m so excited to share it with you all. It originally started with a question: What if the story I’ve always told myself wasn’t true? Since then, I’ve had a lot of experiences that have given me more and more clarity. It’s a process that I’m very much still in, but looking deeper inside myself and letting go of things that don’t serve me has changed everything.
This is my story with overcoming anxiety as a kid and still as an adult. My hope is to reach out to and relate to those who have felt like they have held on to something for too long. I hope this video gives you clarity and courage to look at what beliefs do not serve you any longer, and to find who you really want to be.
