We finally got the Rotary Powered ATV dialed in! We started off by redoing our jackshaft system using a Comet 94c Driver Pulley and 780 series Driven pulley from Gopowersports. Next we regeared the jackshafts and corrected the centerline distance for the pulleys to get proper belt engagement. After that we added a new rear brake master cylinder, tightened the chain up and took it for a test drive. Couldn't be happier with the results, it pops huge wheelies and is an absolute blast to ride. We were hitting about 40mph and it still has more in it!
