It's time to buy the first house we can afford...and it's absolutely garbage. It's bad, real bad. It looks like a homeless convention rolled in or something. But, we do find out that there is big money to be made if you buy and clean it up, close to 40% actually. Beyond that, we need to make some additional cash by getting some more jobs and making that money!
