Oslob is a sleepy town about 3 hours south of Cebu City on Cebu Island. Every morning before sunrise this town swells with tourists from all over the world here to see one thing – whale sharks. Fisherman here have been feeding whale sharks for a long time and you’re almost guaranteed to see a few of them making a pit stop here on their long migration routes every day. For PHP 1000, equivalent of only AUD $30, you can get within a few metres of these incredible creatures – the largest fish in the ocean!
