Week 22 in the ongoing Ⓢ series, which follows the construction of a new 13story senior living building in San Francisco. This is a #construction #timelapse with various closeups and "subtimelapses" at various speeds, condensing the week of June 29 July 4, 2020, into about 51 minutes.

Because of the U.S. Independence Day holiday, there are only 4 workdays this week, but still plenty to see. Monday is mostly concrete post tensioning cables. We see some of the decking removed from lower levels. One of the two "placing booms" is taken away from now on they'll move the remaining placing boom back and forth between the two #concrete pumping towers as needed. There are cameras and scanners, and conduit. More massive rebar cages added to the elevator core. And they're moving so fast there's a concrete pour almost every week now, with the everpopular rideon trowels.

Because of the pandemic, San Francisco's official fireworks show was cancelled. However, on Saturday night we have plenty of "unofficial" (illegal) fireworks to watch in the distance.
